Terms

The short version: enjoy the collection, ask before you use anything from it, and check the prices, turnaround and refund rules below before you order.

What the site is

Custom Chains is a portfolio of custom necklace chains made by terp for MX Bikes. Every picture here is a render of a 3D model. Chains you see may differ slightly in the game depending on your settings and gear.

The designs

• All chains, pictures and designs on this site belong to terp unless a piece says otherwise.
• Don't copy, re-upload, sell or pass off the pictures or designs as your own.
• Taking ideas for your own chain is welcome. Copying a piece outright isn't.

Ordering a chain

Orders are handled on the MXB-Hub Discord (the Order button on the site goes there), not on the site itself. The site never takes payments. To order a custom Cuban chain, send:

• Pendant type: a name, a rider number, or a logo.
• Pendant details: your name or number, or attach your logo.
• Color: the color you want the name, number or logo in.
• Custom PSD: whether you want the custom PSD file included (+$5).
• GUID: your MX Bikes GUID, so the chain can be locked to you.

Pricing

• Name or number pendant: $15
• Logo pendant: $20
• Custom PSD file: +$5
• Team chains: the first 5 GUIDs are included, then $1 per GUID after 5. Send every GUID you want locked and terp will send your total.

Prices can change. The price confirmed with you on Discord before work starts is the one that counts.

Turnaround

Orders usually take about 48 hours. Father first: family comes before everything, so depending on how many orders are in, yours may be pushed back. You'll be kept updated.

Refunds

No refunds once work on your chain has started. If you change your mind before terp starts, just say so on Discord.

Your chain

• A chain is locked to the GUIDs you send, so double-check them.
• A custom chain you order is for your own use in MX Bikes. Sharing or reselling the files needs terp's OK.
• You need the right to use any logo you send. Don't send logos that belong to someone else without their OK.

Reviews

Keep reviews honest and about the chains. Spam, hate, or personal info about other people will be removed.
